   Will be coming back to the Accrington, Rawtenstall area again this year. I am doing research on the Scholes Family of Accrington and would like to contact any Scholes who can trace back. I can provide info back to 1830 up to l901 on whole family but only little from 1901 to l912. I am sure there has to be family still there.

   Hi,Just been speaking with my mum and sister back in Oswaldtwistle and found out that Father Bourke (St. Marys) as died today. There was apparently a mass and his funeral is apparently next week. I remember his masses both at school and church. I am sure he will be missed by alot of people
