David Rothera

AN ICE cream seller locally for 15 years, Mr David Rothera, has died at his home in York Place, Accrington, aged 58.
Married to Joyce, he was formerly employed at Broughton Crangrove as a lorry driver for nine years.
He was a member of Marlborough WMC and his interests included horse racing, watching Only Fools and Horses and films.
He leaves children Wendy, Philip and Louise, in-laws Andrew, Marie and Mark and grandchildren Bethany, Abigail, Lucy, Katie and Jessica and a sister Margaret. He was also the brother of the late Tony.
He was cremated at Accrington on Wednesday following a service conducted by Mr Edward Joyce.
