Derek Powdrill

BLACKBURN Rovers supporter Mr Derek Powdrill has died at his home in Warmden Avenue, Baxenden, aged 74.
Mr Powdrill, who was a director of Onlyway Products, manufactured paint rollers and was also a painter and decorator.
He was a keen walker and was interested in animals and birds, having bred his own show rabbits.
He also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Mr Powdrill is due to be cremated at Accrington on Monday following a service conducted by the Rev Stephen Lees.
He leaves his wife Delice, daughter Lynda and three grandsons, Jonathan, Luke and Tom.
