AN ACTIVE member of St James Church Kirk, Church, Mrs Cecilia Elizabeth McLoughlin, has died at Braeside Residential Home, Oswaldtwistle, at the age of 94.
Mrs McLoughlin, of Lion Street, Church, had a great love of flying and enjoyed her holidays abroad. She also liked knitting, baking, dancing and was a devoted family woman.
The wife of the late Jack, she leaves sons Ken and Jack, daughter Celia, son-in-law Brian, daughter-in-law Sonia, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
She was cremated at Accrington on Wednesday following a service at St James Church Kirk conducted by Father Neville Ashton.
