Robert Newsham

A MEMBER of Sydney Street and Stanley Streets WMCs, Mr Robert (Bob) Newsham, has died at his home aged 59.
Mr Newsham, of Marlborough Road, Accrington, was employed by Transdev and Blackburn Transport as a shift mechanic and had worked on buses all his life.
He was a member of St John’s Church, Accrington, and enjoyed horse racing, football and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was due to be cremated on Thursday 21 August at Accrington following a service by the Rev Lawrence Carson- Featham.
He leaves his wife Kathleen, sons Lee and Christopher, grandchildren Lianna, Jessica, Courtney, Adam and Laura, sister Jean and brother Keith.
