Lucy Ann Mernagh

DEVOTED family woman Mrs Lucy Ann Mernagh has died aged 61 at her home on White Ash Estate, Oswaldtwistle.

In her working life she was employed as a progress chaser at the Royal Ordnance Factory in Blackburn for many years.

Her happiest time was when she was with her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed writing stories and then reading them to her grandchildren.

She also had a passion for shopping and liked to keep up to date with the latest trends. She loved holidays abroad relaxing in the sun.

She leaves daughters Michele, Julie and Wendy, sons-in-law Andy, Darron and Ricky and grandchildren Josh, Andrew, Chantelle, Erika, Lewis, Charlie, Jamie and Evie-Mae. She was also a sister and aunt.

Mrs Mernagh will be cremated at Accrington on Wednesday 3 September.
