Donald Laraway

FORMER works engineer Mr Donald Laraway has died at his home in Manchester Road, Baxenden, aged 84.
Mr Laraway worked at Kearns Allan in Baxenden for 31 years and previously at RAF Tripoli.
A member of St John’s Church, Baxenden, he enjoyed gardening and motoring.
The husband of the late Elsie, he leaves a brother Lyndon, sister Ann and son Colin who lives in Canada. He was also the father of the late Christopher.
The funeral took place at Accrington Crematorium on Tuesday.
