Margaret Hunt

FORMER Church resident Mrs Margaret Hunt has died in Canada aged 69.
Mrs Hunt, who used to live off Dill Hall Lane, moved to Sarnia, Ontario, with her husband Philip after her days in Hyndburn where she worked for the Accrington Blind Institute.
In Canada Mr Hunt worked as a policeman and his wife worked as a personal secretary for a managing director until she retired.
She enjoyed needlework, crafts, gardening, tennis and golf.
She leaves children Peter and Deborah, grandchildren Nicole, Angela, Samantha and Jennifer, sisters Joan, Betty and Anne, brother John, brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
She was cremated on Tuesday after her death two weeks ago in the London University Hospital, Ontario.
