Sakura Mochi
Two shots of Japanese sakura liqueur form the basis of this flirty house favourite, combined with a shot of azuki sweet red bean liqueur (which tastes deliciously of strawberry and cherry blossom), a shot of strawberry puree and a shot each of cream and milk.
Build the ingredients into a shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a strawberry to serve.
