An Accrington couple have celebrated sixty years of married life surrounded by their family and friends.
Betty and Harold Mattison from Bamford Crescent in Accrington, marked their diamond wedding anniversary with a family party at the home of one of their sons.
The couple met at Joe Mortimers Dance Hall on Blackburn Road in Accrington and married at Church Kirk in Church.
Betty, 83, and Harold, 85, both worked in the printing industry and founded their family business, Daltons Printers in Accrington in 1972, which is now managed by their sons.
The couple have two sons and three grown up grandchildren.
