Firefighters tackled a fire at a takeaway in Oswaldtwistle.
Crews were called to the fast food outlet just before 7pm on Saturday, April 27.
A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said an electrical consumer unit was alight in the basement of the property on Union Road.
He added: "The unit caught fire accidentally, possibly because it had been overused. Staff raised the alarm after smelling smoke and power was lost in the property temporarily. The electricity unit was destroyed and takeaway stock was damaged."
