  • Neale Frederick Bradford, 63, of Elizabeth Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to producing cannabis. He was fined £600 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • Julie Ann Harrison, 48, of Wensley Drive, Huncoat, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. She was fined £595, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
  • Lee Walmsley, 33, of Edgar Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to drink- driving. He was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for three years, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
  • Martin Joseph Maughan, 42, of Dunnyshop Avenue, Accrington, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge order and ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • Jillian Barbara Riley, 46, of Ripon Road, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to breaching the peace. She was bound over in the sum of £400 for 12 months.
  • James Lee, 57, of Rosemary Lane, Bartle, Preston, pleaded guilty to speeding on Whalley Road in Accrington. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £100 costs and given three points on his driving licence.
  • Aleric George McKee, 21, of Sparth Avenue, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and while subject to a suspended prison sentence order. He was jailed for 17 weeks.
  • Jason Gaunt, 48, of Church Street, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • Keith Anthony Quinn, 40, of Spring Hill Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to eight counts of theft and one count each of using a car without insurance, driving without a licence and failing to surrender into custody having been released on bail. He was given an 18-week jail sentence, suspended for 18 months with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement, 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, ordered to pay £250 compensation and given six points on his driving licence.
  • Lisa Maher, 38, of Trinity Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to dishonestly failing to notify Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs of a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to child tax credit and failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change in circumstances affecting her entitlement to income support. She was given a 12-month community order with a supervision requirement and ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • Christine Allen, 49, of Lincoln Court, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
