Cases heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:

Manjid Yasin, 36, of Sidings Way, Accrington, pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £60, ordered to pay £85 costs and given four points on his driving licence.

Lyndsey Anderson, 32, of Edge End Road, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £285, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

Christopher David Rowley, 38, of Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

Paul Mark Lomax, 37, of Washington Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to breaching two counts of breaching a non-molestation order and one count of theft of toiletries from Marks and Spencer having entered as a trespasser. He was jailed for 13 weeks.

Faisal Hussain, 23, of Whalley Road, Accrington, was found guilty of using a car without insurance. He was fined £300, ordered to pay £200 costs and given eight points on his driving licence.

Adrian John Betney, 26, of Tunstall Drive, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to a police officer. He was given a 12-month community order with 100 hours’ unpaid work.

Rebecca Aspin, 23, of Orange Street, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Damian Connolly, 24, of Grove Street, Oswaldtwistle, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Keiron Driver, 27, of Stanley Street, Accrington, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Kylie Furness, 27, of Frederick Street, Oswaldtwistle, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Carla Newton, 35, of Lindadale Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Wayne Nix, 42, of Spring Hill Road, Accrington, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Victoria Leanne Ridsdale, 27, of Ribblesdale Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Natasha Spencer, 25, of Lindadale Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Eileen Elizabeth Ward, 48, of Burnley Road, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

Sharon Wilson, 30, of Edleston Street, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay £120 costs.

James Andrew French, 27, of Claremont Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was jailed for 28 days.
