- Callum Jon James Warburton, 19, of Wordsworth Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.
- Gurbakash Limited, of Union Road in Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to selling cigarettes to a person under the age of 18. It was fined £130 and ordered to pay £140 costs.
- Mohammed Ruba, 44, of Clarendon Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to selling cigarettes to a person under the age of 18. He was fined £35 and ordered to pay £140 costs.
- Adam Alltree, 21, of Somerset Grove, Church, pleaded guilty to using a car without insurance. He was fined £95, ordered to pay £85 costs and given six points on his driving licence.

- Glynn Derek Threlfall, 22, of Henry Street, Church, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. He was fined £35, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
- Assid Hussain, 22, of China Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft. He was given a seven-month jail term, suspended for 12 months, with a supervision requirement, ordered to pay £700 total compensation and £400 costs.
- Simon Adam Birtwell, 45, of Lower Barnes Street, Clayton-le-Moors, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
- Stephanie Davis, 34, of Spring Street, Rishton, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £55 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
- Lisa Furness, 35, of Coniston Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £55 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
- Thomas Talbot, 23, of School Street, Rishton, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
- Stacey Whelan, 28, of John Street, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. She was fined £135 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
- Mark Richard Beverley, 37, of Henfield Close, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. His order was varied to include a new two-month curfew requirement and he was ordered to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.
- Jordan James Sargeson, 19, of Queensway, Church, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order. His order was varied so he is now committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, with a 12-week curfew and ordered to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work.
- Frederick Jason Sagar, 44, of Arnold Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. He was given a six-month community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement, ordered to pay £200 compensation and pay £85 costs.
- Dylan Matthew Brown, 20, Marlborough Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence, using a car without insurance and failing to stop after an accident. He was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs and pay a £150 criminal courts charge.
- Catherine Elizabeth Howson, 31, of John Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft. She was given a six-month community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement, ordered to pay £20 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge.
- Jane Anne Magee, 49, of Spring Hill Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge and disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by 13 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
- Glen Wilson Bowers, 35, of John Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to shoplifting. He was given an eight-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £25 compensation, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
- Peter Taylor, 31, of Jubilee Street, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £150, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge and disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
- Charlene George, 27, of Rawson Avenue, Accrington, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and being drunk and disorderly in a public place. She was given a 12-month community order, a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £50, ordered to pay £2.95 compensation, costs of £85, a criminal courts charge of £150 and compensation of £50.

- Karl Best, 20, of Empress Street, Accrington, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £100, ordered to pay £100 compensation and a £150 criminal courts charge.
