Cases heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:

  • William James Guilfoyle, 27, of Cattle Street, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a football banning order. He was fined £35 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • Adam James Bartrupe, 29, of Hargreaves Road, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without a licence and using a car without insurance. He was fined £665, ordered to pay £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge and disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
  • Carla Lyndsay Godoy, 31, of Burnley Lane, Huncoat, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She was fined £400, ordered to pay £85 costs, a £150 criminal courts charge and disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
  • Alexandra Walker, 19, of Lewis Street, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place. She was fined £110, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
  • Scott Fitzpatrick, 35, of Worsley Court, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to stealing mince meat from Aldi. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
  • Michael Whalley, 39, of Mercer Street, Great Harwood, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft. He was fined £200, ordered to pay £85 costs, compensation of £229 and a £180 criminal courts charge.
  • Jay Reece Leonard, 21, of Wordsworth Close, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to stealing stone flags. He was given a 12-month community order with 120 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £35 compensation.
  • Thomas Varey, 63, of Dill Hall Lane, Church, pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone while driving. He was fined £25, ordered to pay £50 costs and given three points on his driving licence.
  • Anthony Lawrence Armstrong, 31, of Badge Brow, Oswaldtwistle, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, which was racially aggravated. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge, fined £245, ordered to pay £200 total compensation and a £330 total criminal courts charge.
  • Adil Hussain, 21, of Empress Street, Accrington, was found guilty of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and failing to stop a vehicle when required to do so by police. He was fined a total of £300, ordered to pay £300 costs and £100 compensation.
  • James Andrew French, 26, of Claremont Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to stealing two tablet computers while subject to a suspended sentence prison order. He was jailed for two weeks and ordered to pay a £180 criminal courts charge.
  • Iram Asif, 26, of Rawson Avenue, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
  • Catherine Birtwell, 28, of Rutland Close, Clayton-le-Moors, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
  • Jenny Crabtree, 26, of Westwood Crescent, Accrington, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
  • Ann Marie Duggan, 48, of Kingsley Close, Church, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
  • Joseph Hartley, 61, of Bridge Street, Rishton, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
  • Andrea Leeming, 36, of Alexandra Close, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. She was fined £35 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
  • Kelly McDonald, 35, of Milnshaw Lane, Accrington, pleaded guilty to using a television without a licence. She was fined £35 and ordered to pay £120 costs.
