Building materials have been set on fire inside a derelict property undergoing a renovation.
Firefighters from Hyndburn were called to Booth Street in Accrington and used a triple extension ladder, hose reel and ventilation unit to bring the fire under control.
The incident happened at around 11pm on Wednesday, December 18 and caused damage to joists, flooring and insulation boards.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is now being carried out by Lancashire Fire and rescue Service.
