Firefighters called after picnic bench set alight

The incident happened at the bench on Hollins Lane at around 10.30pm on Thursday.

Firefighters were called to Baxenden after a picnic bench was set on fire.

The incident happened at the bench on Hollins Lane at around 10.30pm on Thursday.

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said the bench was deliberately set on fire, however only minor damage was caused.
