Hundreds of people have attended Remembrance events all across Hyndburn.
There was a large turnout at events in Accrington and the surrounding areas as people came to pay their respects to the brave men and women who have fought and died on the battlefield, including the Accrington Pals.
Mayor of Hyndburn Councillor Munsif Dad will also be attending services in Manchester on November 11 as a guest of the 1st Duke of Lancaster regiment, who were given Freedom of the Borough in July.
