A bouncy castle and funfair games were among the attractions keeping guests entertained at a family fun day hosted by an Accrington care home.
Staff and residents at Springhill Care Home invited the local community to join them, along with friends and family, for a day of fun in the sunshine.
A face painting stall, raffle and refreshments were also on hand, with a wet sponge throwing stall drawing the crowds in.
For Springhill resident Gladys Marsden, it was a double celebration as she marked her 93rd birthday.
Curtis Bennett, general manager of Springhill Care Home, said: “What’s special about Springhill is its links with the community, so we really enjoy sharing our home with people of all ages, making new friends and having fun.”
