Police are appealing for help to trace four men they would like to speak to in connection with various offences across the borough.

Gary Parker, 51, is wanted in connection with an assault in Oswaldtwistle which happened at the beginning of December.

He is described as 5ft 9in tall, of proportionate build with short, greying brown hair which is receding and blue eyes.

Mark Gallagher, 31, is wanted in connection with an assault in the Accrington area in November.

He is described as 5ft 10in tall, of slim build with short, dark brown hair which is receding and green eyes. He has a lizard tattoo on the right side of his neck and four stars also on his neck and has “Only God Can Judge Me”, “Ellie” and a bulldog tattooed on his arms. He has links with the Haslingden and Bury areas.

Kelvin Parkinson, 27, is wanted in connection with criminal damage which took place in Burnley in November. He is described as 6ft tall, medium build with short dark brown hair and blue eyes.

He has the word “Lauren” tattooed on the right of neck and also has various letters tattooed on his right arm. He has links to the Accrington, Clayton-le-Moors and Blackburn areas.

Christian Raeburn, 26, is wanted in connection with a burglary that took place in Rishton in November.

He is described as 5ft 7in tall, of medium build with brown eyes and short light brown hair.

He has a scar across his nose and has tattoo dots on his middle finger on his right hand.

Sergeant Andy Horne of Lancashire Police said: “We would like to speak to these men in connection with a number of offences which have happened across East Lancashire and we are asking the public for their help.

"If anyone has seen any of these men or knows of their whereabouts, I would urge them to contact us. I would also encourage these men, if they see this appeal, to hand themselves into their nearest police station.”
