A SCHOOLGIRL has suffered facial injuries following a collision at Rising Bridge.
The 12-year-old girl suffered minor injuries following the collision on Blackburn Road, near Acre, at 4.30pm on Thursday afternoon.
Police and ambulance crews are currently at the scene of the incident.
Police said the A680 Blackburn Road is currently blocked in both directions.
A Lancashire Police spokesperson said: "We were called to Blackburn Road, in Acre, at 4.30pm, where a 12-year-old girl had been involved in a collision.
"She suffered facial and knee injuries.
"The road is currently blocked and the ambulance service is at the scene."
