AN ACCRINGTON Stanley starlet was arrested following the incident at a Southport restaurant which led to England and Liverpool ace Steven Gerrard being charged with assault and affray.

Winger Robert Grant, 18, from Litherland, Liverpool, was released on bail without charge pending further inquiries.

He was one of six men questioned about the incident at The Lounge Inn in the early hours of Monday.
