Police are hunting a teenager who exposed himself to two people at a bus stop before getting on a bus travelling towards Great Harwood.

The incident happened at a bus stop on Burnley Road in Blackburn where the teenager exposed himself to a man and a woman.

Officers believe the teen, who was accompanied by another teenage man, then got on a double decker Lancashire United bus in the direction of Great Harwood.

The offender is described as white, aged between 16 and 18, around 5ft 4ins, of a slight build with short brown hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and black tracksuit bottoms.

It happened between 9.40am and 10.40am on Friday, September 19.

DC Louise Briggs, from Blackburn CID, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or similarly or anyone at all who may have seen two teenage males getting on a double decker Lancashire United bus, possibly drinking from cans that evening around the time of the incident.

“In particular, I would like to speak to two girls who were on the same bus we believe the offender boarded.

“One had brown hair and one had blonde hair and was wearing a leather biker type jacket and was sat with a purple backpack. “They were sitting on different seats, one in front of the other at the back of the vehicle.”
