Two arrested after teenager robbed of mobile phone and bank card in Accrington

Police said the 15-year-old boy was robbed by two Asian males on Riley Street on Saturday night

Police have made two arrests after a teenager was robbed of his mobile phone and a bank card.

The incident happened on Riley Street in Accrington at around 8pm on Saturday, April 11. Police said the 15-year-old victim was robbed by two Asian males but suffered no injuries. Anyone with information should call police on 101 quoting log number 1285 for April 11.

A 15-year-old and a 19-year-old from Accrington have been arrested on suspicion of robbery and bailed until May.
