A man was taken to hospital after suffering stab wounds to the neck at a party in Great Harwood.
Police were alerted by the ambulance service following the incident on School Street at around 9.15pm on Sunday, February 14.
A 23-year-old man was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital for treatment. His injuries are described as ‘superficial’.
A 22-year-old man from Great Harwood has been arrested on suspicion of committing grievous bodily harm with intent and is due to be questioned by officers this morning.
