A fire broke out in the bedroom of a terraced house.
Firefighters from Hyndburn were called to Hopwood Street in Accrington at around 12.30pm on Wednesday, February 25.
The occupants had managed to get out without injury before the crews arrived.
A Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said firefighters used hose reel jets to put the fire out, a thermal imaging camera to confirm there were no remaining hot-spots and a fan to clear the smoke.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
