Simply scroll down the left hand column to locate your postcode and sector and move across to the type of house you own - detached, semi-detached or terraced. That will give you the average prices of similar homes in your immediate area that were sold during October to December 2004. Also included is the number of sales of houses of that type during the quarter. The table is compiled every quarter by the Land Registry and is the most reliable indicator of house price trends.
