Baxenden's Ramsbottom Cup final with Barnoldswick at New Lane was postponed for the second time on Monday.

Bash will try again on September 9 – the day after the final league clash of the season – as they come face to face with champions elect Barlick hoping to take some silverware from this season.

Bash slipped down the table as, as well as their cup final, their two Ribblesdale League clashes also fell victim to the weather.

This meant their derby with Great Harwood wasn’t played – although they get another chance this Sunday – with Harwood also not getting a game in this weekend and both Oswaldtwistle Immanuel’s league encounters were beaten by the elements.
