Lloyd's return is washed out

THE rainy weather meant David Lloyd’s return to Accrington Cricket Club was delayed until tomorrow.
The 61-year-old former England batsman was eagerly waiting to turn out against Burnley for his home-town club as he took a break from Sky commentating duties.
But, despite the cameras turning up to film his trip back to the club where he started his career, the weather let everyone down.
Lloyd now hopes to show that he has still got what it takes when Accrington take on Haslingden at Thorneyholme Road tomorrow.
