The Reds - who got the seats from St Mirren FC - have to have 2000 seats at the ground within three years of coming into the Football League.
The deadline is May 1 this year and, although they already have 1200 in place, work is underway placing the extra ones in the Whinney Hill Terrace and at the front of the Clayton End.
"There are seats in the Whinney Hill terrace now and we are laying the concrete behind the goal for the others," said chairman Eric Whalley.
"Director Bill Holden and general manager Dave O’Neill are in charge of the project and assure me it will be done."
It is estimated the seats - which Stanley don’t really need as their crowds have been around 1200 this season - will cost around £50,000.
