STANLEY have parted company with centre-half Mark Sertori, expected to join Hyde United, and loaned midfielder Simon Carden back to his former club, Radcliffe Borough.

Sertori, a summer signing for manager John Coleman, was a regular during Stanley's storming start to the season but has struggled to re-establish himself in the side after an injury with Coleman eventually opting to play two centre-backs and preferring Steve Halford and Jonathan Smith.

Carden has also lost his regular spot and Coleman feels that the midfield goal ace will benefit from having a few games with Unibond First Division men Radcliffe.

Stanley travel to Widnes Halton Stadium tomorrow to take on ex-Red Liam Watson's Runcorn FC Halton (Kick-off 3pm) as the Premier Division leaders look to build on last Saturday's long-overdue away win at Burscough.

Robbie Williams is still out suspended but manager Coleman has an otherwise full squad to choose from.
