Accrington Observer Golf Trophy
JASON Ashworth starts the defence of his Observer crown facing fellow Accrington Golf Club member Pete Hawkins.
197 people entered the competition from the seven clubs with 69 first round matches and the rest will have byes into the second round.
The first round matches have to be completed by Sunday 30 April with the results in the Observer office by Monday 1 May at the latest.
The second round draw will take place on Tuesday 2 May at Rishton GC.
