A CHARITY fund-raising cricket match for Manchester's Christie Hospital at Accrington Cricket Club today( Friday).

The match will be between at Accrington Xi and the Castle pub on Whalley Road and the teams will compete for the Wardy Cup.

The match is memory of Martin Ward, a popular man who loved watching cricket, and died last year.
