An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with a road traffic collision in Burnley which killed two teenagers.
Zaid Ali, of Richmond Hill Street, Accrington has been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving.
Kaiser Hussain, 16, and Sajid Khan, 19, who were from Accrington, died after the red BMW saloon they were travelling in collided with a wall and two parked cars on Marsden Road at around 9pm on Thursday, March 10.
A third passenger, 20-year-old Wasif Ali from Accrington, received non life threatening injuries and has since been released from hospital.
Zaid Ali has been remanded to appear at Burnley Magistrates Court this morning, Tuesday, March 15.
