Arson probe launched following fire at cabin in Accrington

An arson investigation has been launched after a workers cabin went up in flames last night.

The inside of the cabin on a demolition site near Spring Street, Great Harwood, was destroyed in the blaze.

Firefighters said the fire at around 9.40pm was started deliberately.

Watch manager Rob Birtwistle said: "We don't know whether the cabin was being used in general or if it was vacant."
