Police have released the CCTV image of a woman they want to speak to following a shoplifting incident. It happened at the Asda store on Hyndburn Road in Blackburn at 1.45pm on Saturday, June 21 where cashback was stolen. Do you recognise the woman in the picture? Anyone with information call police on 101 quoting crime reference number EL1408129.
