CHILDREN have been blamed for starting a blaze which damaged a window frame at the Royal Dance Club, Mercer Street, Clayton-le-Moors, on Monday night.
The youngsters set fire to rubbish which had been piled up against the side of the building, and some of the smoke seeped into the ground floor of the club.
