HYNDBURN councillor Claire Hamilton was able to put the voice of youth to Prime Minister Tony Blair when they met at the Labour Party conference in Brighton last week.
Claire, 21, who represents Rishton, is the youngest councillor in the country.
A self-confessed "Blair Babe'', she chatted to the PM at a social event following his speech.
She said: "He is very friendly and approachable and he wished me luck in the local elections next year."
