The countdown to Christmas has truly begun across Hyndburn with a host of events all across the borough.
Christmas carols and the big switch-on came to Great Harwood on Friday evening at Towngate Square, and on the same evening Rishton's lights were turned on outside the Civic Centre/Library.
Crowds of families also gathered to enjoy the annual Blessing of the Crib service outside Accrington Town Hall on Thursday afternoon and Baxenden's Christmas lights event the same evening.
