A dog who was reunited with his owner after he was stolen from a supermarket car park is to become the face of a new anti-dog theft campaign.

Frank the pug captured the hearts of readers when he was found safe and well in Accrington, weeks after he was snatched in February.

Now Frank is fronting a new campaign to help beat heartless dog thieves.

After a huge campaign on social media Frank was handed over by a woman who is believed to have bought him from the thief.
