Police are appealing for information after an arson attack at a garage in Accrington.

The fire, which caused around £400 worth of damage to the garage of an end terrace house on Whalley Road, was started between 5pm and 5.30pm on Saturday 29 May.

Police and the fire service were alerted after a relative ,who was visiting the house, saw smoke coming from the garage. There was no one in the house at the time.
