ONE of our Hyndburn Honeys is proving she’s really on the ball.
Blonde bombshell Toni Ainsworth was one of the dozens of girls who appeared in the Observer earlier this year in our groundbreaking Hyndburn Honeys contest.
Now the 21-year-old stunner is on the verge of becoming the face of Accrington Stanley as well as appearing in national lads’ mag Nuts.
The business studies student, of Tintern Close, Baxenden, is competing in the Beauty With A Bootie contest on the Nuts website after she posted her profile on the internet.
Toni said: "The Honeys competition gave me the confidence to enter and I am really excited about it."
Nuts is also considering making Toni one of its Bedroom Babes.
She and 10 other girls from the region are off to a photoshoot in Manchester on 29 November and they have been asked to wear something that represents their town.
So on the ball Toni got in touch with Accrington Stanley who willingly supplied her with a kit.
Accrington Stanley chief executive Rob Heys said: "We are always happy to support a young person in our area who has ambitions and it is good for the club to work together with Toni."
