A MAN who had worked as a security guard at the Arndale Centre and Asda in Accrington, Mr John Peacock, has died in Blackburn Royal Infirmary at the age of 59.
Mr Peacock, of Alexandra Close, Clayton-le-Moors, was a former Scots Guard and cadet.
He was a Jehovah's Witness and enjoyed music, computers, reading and relaxing with his family and friends.
He leaves his wife Teresa, children David, Jenny, Rachel and Colin, son-in-law Graham, daughter-in-law Linda and granddaughters Gemma and Becky.
Mr Fred King will conduct a funeral service in the Kingdom Hall, Accrington, on Monday before cremation at Accrington.
