A LORRY overturned on an entry slip road to the M65 yesterday morning.
Police said the incident happened near the junction six Whitebirk roundabout in Hyndburn.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said he was treated near the central reservation by paramedics before he was taken to hospital.
He added: "The HGV overturned at around 11.30am on Tuesday, February 19. He suffered minor injuries and was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital. No one else was involved in the collision but a lane of the slip road was closed for around five hours."
Firefighters were also called and made the scene safe.
The lorry driver was getting on the westbound motorway at Whitebirk when the incident occurred.
