A MAN has died in a car crash on the Accrington bypass today (Monday).
Lancashire Police said a Mazda and a Land Rover were involved in the collision on the A56 bypass.
The southbound carriageway was closed between the M65 junction and Rising Bridge while accident investigators visit the scene.
The victim is said to be an 81-yr-old man from the Ribble Valley.
