A 70-year-old was racially abused after youths damaged his car.
Hyndburn Police said the car was parked on Countess Street in Accrington at around 6.20pm on Saturday, March 19.
A spokesperson said: “A group of youths kicked a football at his vehicle causing a dent to the front wing.
“As the offenders ran off they shouted racial abuse at him.”
