A man threatening to jump off the top of the Accrington Arndale multi-storey car park was talked down by police.

A man threatening to jump off the top of the Accrington Arndale multi-storey car park was talked down by police.

Security staff working at the shopping centre also helped the 25-year-old local man at around 11am on Friday, December.

A police spokesman said the man volunteered to be taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital following the incident.
