A man, thought to be around 25-years-old, indecently exposed himself to two schoolgirls in Accrington. The man shouted to the two girls as they walked along an alleyway before pulling his trousers down. The girls then ran off.
It happened at around 8.30am on Friday, February 18.
He is described as white, 5ft 7in with short, dark brown hair. And was wearing dark blue overalls, with a patch on both knees that were a darker blue than the overalls, dark work pants, a dark blue jumper and black shoes, possibly trainers or work boots.
PC Paul Wolstenholme said: "I would appeal to anybody who may have been in the area at the time of the incident who thinks they may have seen this man to contact police.
"I would also like to speak with anyone who thinks they may know this man from the description given by the teenagers."
