THE winner of our Face of Spex competition was presented with her prize and is now keeping her fingers crossed in the hope of a new modelling career.
Pretty Hanna Rawcliffe, 20, of Queensway, Church, beat off competition from nearly 40 other hopefuls in the contest which was judged by Spex owner Kevin Horkin.
She received £250, an introduction to a top modelling agency, a photographic portfolio and a framed portrait worth £300.
Former Mount Carmel High School pupil Hanna, who lives with her partner Michael Hinett and nine-month-old son Levi, said: "I am really happy about winning, it's very exciting. I am hoping to get a portfolio together and I will just have to wait and see what happens from there."
Alexandria Jade Driver, 16, of Spring Meadows, Clayton-le-Moors, was the winner of the under-18s group and narrowly missed out on the overall title. She received a £100 Spex voucher, a pair of designer sunglasses and photographs to the value of £65.
