The Accrington Lions toy appeal has been an overwhelming success this year - with around 700 toys being donated.
The fantastic response will mean a happy Christmas for needy children in the borough who are set to receive presents donated by generous members of the public.
Chairman Peter Hopwood said it has been the best response ever to the toy appeal with seven bikes, dolls prams and even a mini piano among the presents donated.
"There’s everything you can think of," he said.
"It’s been a very successful appeal. This is what we do it for - we’re hoping that now children from poorer families can have a decent Christmas.
"There’s loads and loads of toys so they should have quite a good selection.
"A big thank you to all the people who contributed in Hyndburn - they’ve really gone to town.
"Also a big thank you to the Blind Centre in Accrington which allowed us to use their premises."
Around 120 children aged from 10 months to 14 years-old came to collect five or six toys each with their mums and dads at the centre which has been turned into a make-shift toy shop.
